Fellow Affairs will now be handling Fellow Complaints through the Fellow Complaint Form (below). This form is meant to provide a more direct method for Fellows wishing to voice their concerns and to create an archival record that could be used to determine and assess progress at AFI.
Information will be coming soon from the Office of Fellow Affairs to explain in detail how to submit a Fellow Complaint Form.
